At 3 Metals we have two TRUMPF press brakes that are able to cater to various designs and one-off pressings. We have the technology to fold sheets of metal up to three metres in length and our machines have a bend force of up to 130 tonnes.
Our press brakes are numerically controlled and fully computerised so we can duplicate sheet metal folds as many times as needed. These machines are beneficial to a number of applications as they maintain precision with each fold — making high volume jobs absolutely consistent.
